Jeni Spessard - Associate Broker GRI

Bringing with her 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Jeni especially enjoys working with first-time homeowners. The process of the transaction leading up to the handing over of the keys, reminds her of the anticipation of awaiting the birth of her 14 grandchildren. Living, working and raising 5 children in rural Fluvanna County has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience in people-pleasing.

Receiving her Broker’s license 13 years ago, has increased her ability to help her clients either list, sell or buy properties. Active in her church thru working with community outreach and youth activities has helped her to put others first. She is looking forward to putting her people skills to use by partnering with the team at Monticello Country Realtors.
