Hello, I'm Candice
My career has always centered around people. With a degree in Communications and two decades as a flight attendant with American Airlines, I had the privilege of traveling throughout our beautiful country, and I developed the ability to listen, problem-solve, and make people feel comfortable in unfamiliar situations. Those experiences shaped my belief that truly helping people begins with understanding where they are, and where they want to go.
At 51, my life took an unexpected turn when I lost my husband of 25 years to brain cancer. As I navigated the process of rebuilding a life for myself and my daughter, I experienced first-hand the importance of having a secure foundation and came to deeply appreciate the role that homeownership and home equity can play in creating stability, financial security, and long-term wealth. That experience gave deeper purpose to my desire to help others.
As a second-generation Realtor, I followed in the footsteps of my mother, whose professionalism, integrity, and dedication to her clients provided an inspiring example of what it means to build a career in real estate. I was honored to become my mother's business partner at Monticello Country Realty the year before she retired after decades of serving the Lake Monticello community and carry forward a legacy of service and client care.
Today, I combine my communication skills, life experience, and genuine passion for helping people to guide my clients through one of the most important financial decisions they can make. Whether you are purchasing your first home, building equity, navigating a major life transition, or planning for the future, me goal is to provide the knowledge, steady guidance, and personal attention you need to move forward with confidence.
I love being there for people as they figure out what's next and helping them get there.
